Valentine's Parties!

Today was a short day at school. The girls got out at 1:00. They also had their Valentine parties. Me and another mom are room mothers for both classes, so it was really hectic, and people were really impatient. But the parties turned out really good. We just brought a few things, since at Christmas, we had tons of food. So, she brought cookies and cupcakes, and I brought Jello Jigglers and rice crispy treats. All the kids really seemed to have fun. I was able to take more pictures this time because we kept it low key.



We did Valentine cards for the girls' teachers last night. Neil helped Lily and I helped Emma. They did a really good job, and they had so much fun doing it. I got out my scrap booking stuff and let them have at it.

And tomorrow is Valentine's Day. I am really looking forward to it. Neil and I decided several weeks ago, we would make a day of it with the girls. No babysitters, or anyone else. Just us four. I really am looking forward to it. We are gonna go out and eat, and go to the movies or something. It should be lots of fun. I really need a family day. After the craziness of this last week, I just want to close the world away and focus on the girls and Neil. So, I am really gonna have to quit procrastinating, and get the house straightened up. Maybe the girls will help.
